A couple of months ago, I was invited to attend a special chocolate baking class at a local patisserie school. The class was hosted by Kirsten Tibballs – an amazing pastry chef who was recently dubbed ‘the queen of chocolate’ by Masterchef.
During the class, we were taught how to make various chocolate treats whilst Kirsten gave us some extra tricks and tips along the way. We also got to eat our creations at the end which was oh so satisfying. I left the class feeling more confident about my baking skills and wanting to try my hand at even more chocolate recipes!
After spending some time looking online, I rounded up 12 recipes below which I think would delight any chocolate lovers.
