Link Love 07.04.2014

Happy Monday!

I hope you had a fabulous weekend. I spent mine spring cleaning my house (I know – my life is so exciting) which then somehow turned into wanting to give Pretty Mayhem a little bit of a shake up too. So from next week, I’m rolling out a new schedule! I’ll now be posting on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday (with a few extra posts here and there).

Also ‘Link Love’ will now be published on Sundays instead of Mondays.

I hope you enjoy the new schedule. Please let me know in the comments section if there are any topics you’d like me to cover in the future. Do you want more fashion, recipes, travel tips, party tips, reviews? I always love to hear from you!

♥ This toasted coconut margarita has got my name written all over it.

♥ A look into Marilyn Monroe’s workout habits. No wonder she had such a fantastic figure (although I’m not sure about her breakfast habits – two raw eggs in warm milk? Mmm, no thanks).

72 thoughts every woman has while trying on swimsuits – also known as ‘why I haven’t bought a new swimsuit in years’.

Is the Copenhagen zoo turning into a slaughter house? And why are so many people still visiting this horrible place?

♥ I never realized Wes Anderson had directed so many cool, quirky commercials. I simply love his aesthetic. Have you seen his latest movie The Grand Budapest hotel? I hear it’s amazing!

♥ Alix from the Cherry Blossom girl always has the cutest accessories, check out these gorgeous cherry shoes! And whilst we’re on the subject of cherry blossom – this picture had me dreaming of Tokyo all over again.

♥ I’m not usually a big fan of April fools jokes but this classroom prank was pretty hilarious!

♥ Gala Darling picked up some great makeup tips from Make Up For Ever’s Director of Artistry Lihja Stewart.

♥ Grumpy cat celebrated his second birthday – and he’s not happy about it.

♥ Do you follow ‘Humans of New York’ on Facebook?  I subscribed to Brandon’s Facebook page last month and I can’t enough of his updates!
