Happy Hour: Passionfruit Caprioska

passionfruit caprioska

Happy Friday! How was your week? Ready for the weekend a delicious cocktail? I have just the thing ;)

I noticed passionfruit is on special in most stores at the moment so I thought I’d share this really easy recipe for ‘Passionfruit Caprioska’ with you today. Don’t worry though – if passionfruit isn’t readily available where you live then you can always replace it with bottled passionfruit pulp instead. In this case, just reduce the amount of sugar by half and you’ll have yourself the perfect fruity and refreshing concoction.

Cheers! x
