This post is part of my ‘Pretty in the City’ series in which I showcase some of my gorgeous readers’ outfits. If you’d like to be featured please send me your photos via email firstname.lastname@example.org. I’d love to hear from you!
I’m excited to feature Lisa Divissi on the blog today. I met Lisa during the Blogcademy and she is one stylish babe! Here’s what she had to say about her style and outfit:
‘My style is still in development I think. I really love the idea of clothes as self expression, rather than “fashion”. One thing I notice is that everything I own is red, especially accessories; red purse, umbrella, nail polish, lipstick. Red is a passionate and angry color. It’s a fierce color. I guess I’m exploring my fierce side at the moment. It’s good to be bold, and be proud of yourself for standing out from the crowd. The t-shirt I’m wearing in this pic is one of my favorite pieces at the moment actually. It’s from the Yoko Ono exhibition which is currently showing in Sydney. She’s one of my favorite contemporary artists and is more significant in our culture than people give her credit for. We should all strive to be a bit more Yoko in our lives.‘
Thanks for sharing your outfit pics with us Lisa!
