Raspberry Royale is a twist on the classic French cocktail ‘Kir Royale’. It’s made with raspberry liqueur, champagne, and fresh raspberries and it’s potentially the best drink ever invented.
I may or may not have a second or third glass.

30ml Raspberry liqueur (or Chambord)
3-4 fresh raspberries
Champagne or Sparkling wine
Pour the raspberry liqueur into a champagne flute, top with champagne or sparkling wine and garnish with fresh raspberries.
